Not lifting enough weights is a common error made by newbies who try weightlifting for the first time. People that like to lift weights in order to improve their overall appearance are usually guilty of not lifting enough, not full-time bodybuilders. Females that lift weights to lose weight often do not use enough because they fear that they will add too much muscle to their body. One worry that is common is getting a painful injury.
