How Kettlebell Training Could Benefit Just About Any Super Hero

An out of shape superhero is about as useful as superman with kryptonite. Superheroes need to be ready for anything anytime; you never know when someone's going to be in need or when the bad guys are going to ambush. A superhero needs to be in best shape possible and ready at all times. Every superhero needs a workout routine that fits their busy routine something effective and quick all in one. An easy solution for any superhero can be Kettlebell workouts, they are short workouts but extremely helpful. These workouts are designed for any person trying to get into or stay in shape. The workouts can be as hard as any person wants to make them so they are a perfect fit for any individual or superhero.

1. Green Lantern - Clearly Hal Jordan is in excellent physical shape already. Being a pilot for the US Air Force means that you are already in excellent physical condition. But Jordan is a bit of an egoist, and likes to look good more than he likes to take the effort to look good. Kettlebell workouts would help him eliminate hours off of his workout schedule.

2. Superman - Why would the Man of Steel want to partake in kettlebell training? It's not as if he needs to, as he already has superhuman strength. But his alter ego, Clark Kent, being somewhat bookish and bumbling, could use kettlebell workouts as a cover for why he is so well built. After all, maintaining an alter ego is critical to any super hero's daily life.

3. Cyclops - As one of the leaders of the X-Men, Cyclops is frequently called up to use his optic blast to destroy things in his way. If he were so inclined, he could have an associate hurl smaller kettlebells at him at rapid speeds, so that he could get practice destroying them. Clearly, he would want to avoid getting struck so having several colleagues throw them from all sides would be good reason to not miss.

Kettlebell workouts aren't designed for any one market group, they can be used by anyone looking to stay in shape. Any average person or a superhero can benefit from Kettlebell workouts. They can fit anyone's need. They are a flexible tool for anyone looking to workout.
