Leon Kennedy & the Benefits Kettlebell Weights Could Have

by Rob Sutter

After participating in "Resident Evil 4" yesterday, it's dawned on me just how much Leon Kennedy has to suffer through. The main character of the game seems to be burdened - to say the least - not just with a lot of affected zombie-like humans but protecting Ashley, the daughter of the game's president. For the most part, Kennedy does his job well but I think that he could stand to be even stronger. This is why I advocate the application of kettlebell weights more than just about anything else.

Being a trained ex-police officer in his own right, Kennedy knows how to support himself. Like any official you may think of, he's a good shot with a gun and he will be able to take the fight to just about any supernatural or infected beast that stands in his way. He's also handy in terms of hand-to-hand combat, being able to shift between the two styles of battle in a seamless way. However, I can't help but feel as though he's usually met with beings stronger than he is.

Jack Krauser stands as one of the tougher villains that this game has ever seen. From what we learn, he faked his own demise and now he came back into the picture, apparently stronger than ever before. This was done through a deal he had made with Albert Wesker, who stands as the true villain in the Resident Evil series that has been seen throughout it. Krauser's ability to mutate his arm into a blade and his archery skills render him a challenge for Kennedy, as you could tell.

It's the level of strength that Kennedy has which can be helped; what could be done to augment it, you may ask wonder? One way that he could be become stronger - and it's the one I recommend - is kettlebell weights. These are the ones which are able to test people and see if they have the capacity to improve, which is what I think just about anyone has if they want it badly enough. Building a more refined body and mindset is what names like Lorna accentuate above all else.

Kennedy proves to be more of the more robust action heroes seen in gaming but he is still very much a human being. He's going to encounter mutated creatures of likes of which we can only envision in the world that we live in today. The drawback is that Kennedy only has so much in the way of security, seeing as how manmade weapons are his only means of defending himself against such beings. When up against such odds, he could use all of the strength he can rally.
