It has been estimated that as many as three to six percent of Americans suffer with fibromyalgia. There is no universally accepted care regimen for the condition, and there is no known remedy. This could include things like getting more and better quality sleep, gentle exercise such as yoga or Tai Chi, stress management and dietary changes. These simple changes in lifestyle alone can often make a significant difference for many patients.
