It's not out of the ordinary for me to be astonished what female competitors can do in wrestling because they are trained and able, just as much as the men are. She most definitely inherited those wrestling-related strengths, not only highlighting great finesse but power at the same time. The concern that I have, though, is why hasn't she been given more time to show why she's been one of the most capable performers in the past few years?

I think a majority of the reason comes from this idea that the Divas, or female wrestlers in the WWE, aren't worthy of the time. As someone who has seen what these wrestlers can do consistently, I can tell you that they are most certainly deserving of said time and then some. It seems like only the shows which aren't televised offer them time, though many fans believe that this is due to time constraints. However, I would much rather take to a lengthy contest than any shoddy comedy sketch that would have been planned otherwise.

Natalya could definitely be the one who would go about lifting kettlebell weights more than just about any female in the company. She's perhaps the strongest female in the company, meshing both aesthetics and power. As far as her in-ring skill in concerned, you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who is better at what she does than her. I think that when it comes to the ladies who could make use of the methods suggested by companies the likes of Lorna, she would be ideal.

It's not like the other Divas aren't capable of going about the same sorts of exercises but I feel as though Natalya has the best likelihood of utilizing them. Kiddie parties are great to have because it can be one of the best bonding experiences that adults and children can actually have at the same time. Now in order to make these parties really fun, there should be a lot of games because everybody loves fun things. Hosts should be able to know some pool party games for kids in order to keep the guests busy.

When one thinks of swimming pools, probably the first game he will think of is the swim race. This can be used as the first game of the day because it is something that is self explanatory. However, if one were to host this game, he should be extra careful because there will be a risk that some children cannot swim and might even drown.

The coin or object hunt is another great way to pass the time because it is challenging and fun. In a nutshell, the host must toss a coin or a small object in the middle of the water. The children who are the participants, will spread out to all corners of the swimming pool. When the host gives the go signal, everyone search for the object and the first one who gets it will be the winner of the game.

Another game that is of really great fun is water basketball because it is actually tougher to play in the water than on land. This is quite the same as real basketball with the only exception that the rules are more lenient than the one on the court. The objective is of course to see which team scores the most points.

The classic game of tag can also be played in the water. The it will be the one to wait inside the water. The remaining players will jump into the pool at the same time. The goal is to catch the other players while the others must avoid the it. The players have five seconds to stay out of the pool to take a break.

Hose limbo is another great activity in kiddie parties. Everyone probably knows the game of limbo where one has to lean back as he walks underneath a piece of wood. In hose limbo, someone will spray water from a hose. Players must lean back and get under the stream of water without getting wet in order to win this game.

Dodge ball is another all time favorite among the children. In swimming parties, the ball that is usually used are water balloons. Basically, there are two groups who will have an abundant supply of water balloons. Like dodge ball, the teams must hit members of the enemy team in order to win. The team who hits all the members of the enemy team will be the winner.

If you're wondering how to build muscle quickly you are in the right place. Today we are going to answer one of the most asked questions in the gym: How many reps should you do when you are trying to build size and strength?

Firstly, while you may feel like you are the only person who is lost with regards to your training you certainly are not. In fact, you probably aren't even the only one at your gym in this situation, never mind the entire world. As a fitness instructor I meet hundreds of people per week who need help, so don't for one second think you are by yourself. Today you'll learn some progress producing facts.

If you ask most men what their goal is it is usually very similar. They want to build a more powerful physique with less body fat.

The human body only changes when it is forced into it. If you are not doing that, not progressing in your workouts, your body won't change. Why? Because it doesn't have to! How many people do you see in your gym who have been doing the exact same thing for months and don't seem to be getting any results? Quite a few, I imagine, because this is a common issue which most people never address properly. Your body adapts to your workout. Even though you're working hard, your body knows it can handle it. Why? Because you probably did the same thing last week and it can remember. To get change you need to force change.

There are two main ranges of reps which will help you to determine what type of results you will get:

* The hypertrophy zone.

* The endurance zone.

The fact that you are reading this article, given it's title, tells us that you are here because you want to learn how to gain muscle and therefore you should be swinging for the hypertrophy zone. You should be aiming the majority of your sets at the 8-12 range.

If you were to continue pushing you reps, say, into the 15-20 zone, you would find yourself in the muscular endurance category. This would help you to tone up and really build up the stamina of whichever muscle you were training but it wouldn't work as effectively as the hypertrophy zone if your goal is pure size.

If you'd like to give yourself a confidence boost, we urge you to take a look around the resistance section the next time you walk into your local gym. You will see people training with seemingly no structure, going through the motions and, despite putting in effort while training, not seeing any results specific to what they want to achieve.

Most people don't take the time to learn the different benefits of various ways of training. This is why most women believe they'll get huge if they touch weights or do any kind of resistance training. These false beliefs will do nothing other than hold you back.

None of this information will do you any good of course unless you remember the golden rule of weight training. Some people call it progression, others call it overload. Basically, you need to force change from your body as we mentioned before. If you keep on doing the same thing your body will adapt and then simply stay in the same place.

The rep range we brought your attention to is a good way to do this. Many people ask us how much weight they should be using on a particular exercise and your rep range will determine this for you. For hypertrophy, find a weight which forces you to quit at around eight reps and then keep working with that weight until you get stronger. Once you can manage twelve reps at that level it's time to increase the resistance, forcing yourself back down to eight reps at a slightly heavier level and beginning the cycle again.

You will now find results far easier to come by. It might seem rather simple, given the amount of confusion in the health and fitness industry in general, but these facts are proven and backed up by decades of scientific research. Learning how to build muscle is simple, but most people never figure it out. You now have!
