Bucks County Opinions On Free Online Ab Workouts - Why You Tube May Not Be The Best Answer

Information is the key, when it comes to free online ab workouts. You Tube and paid programming are great but you have to know some basic principles to see if the exercises shown or the product being sold will work. You have to know that spot reducing does not work and that dieting and exercising to increase your metabolism will help your body burn fat.

Free videos are great visual guidelines that help us see what is being done and how it's being done. However, you need to be aware that the exercises are being done properly and that the exercises will not hurt you. It is also important to determine whether or not the person instructing you is knowledgeable and if the exercises will work for you.

Paid programming on the other hand is selling you something. So you really have to be more discerning and see if there is supported research for their product. Usually paid programming will hire very healthy and appealing models to show off their rock hard stomachs and link that to the product being sold. However, you must be aware and know whether or not the product has valid claims.

Spot reducing does not work. We see ab machines that press on our abs or rock our body in a crunch position-these types of products train abs directly to try to get rid of the fat but are ineffective.

Dieting and watching what we eat will help keep more fat from being put on our belly and at the same time help our body burn the excess fat. Most of us eat too many fatty fast foods, sodas, burgers etc, which are really high in calories and usually don't get fully consumed by the body, so it gets stored as fat.

Eating 5-6 smaller portion meals will help the body keep its energy level consistent and help the body burn calories with greater efficiency. It is a great way to optimize the body's fat burning capacity. When the body needs more fuel than what was eaten, it will turn to the body's excess body fat to provide the fuel.

Physical exercises that make us use multiple muscle groups and training with intervals are sure ways to increase the body's metabolism. The intense training will make the body's metabolism work harder and keep burning fat throughout the day, replenishing and repairing the muscles to get it ready for the next bout of physical activity.

Whether its You Tube or Paid Programming, you have to do your research. You have to know what will work and what won't. Use the basic principles: spot reducing doesn't work; diet and exercise to increase the body's metabolism will help burn fat. If you find an exercise or a product that support those principles, then you will see results, which are ripped abs!
