Maintaining a healthy fitness level is part of living a healthy lifestyle. If you can bike to work, it will save you the cost of gas or bus fare, while providing a good fitness workout. Riding five miles to work should take you about a half hour and you will get double the fitness since you have to ride home.

Getting stronger more quick can be done by doing an equal amount of exercise you'd usually do ten percent faster. This routine will work your muscles harder and will increase your endurance. For example, if your workout normally takes 30 minutes to complete, try completing your workout in 27 minutes.
