Working on a machine with insufficient padding can hurt your workout.

It is very important that you schedule out your day so that you can find some time to plan meals and eat properly. If you can schedule your day ahead of time, you can have all your meals prepared ahead of time and know exactly when to work out.

It is a good idea to get your heart beat up. A good 20 Minute workout will help to accomplish this. One way to check this is to read your pulse right after a workout.

Try to park your car far away in the parking lot, so you have to walk to your destination. Your body will burn many calories having walked the extra distance over time.
