Based on this, even if you're not used to exercising early in the day, you might want to try it for at least a week. Resolve to do this for a week, and there's a good chance you'll want to keep it up. The rest of your day can be improved, as exercising early starts you off in a positive way. There are many kinds of mistakes people make with their exercise and fitness programs. Choosing a type of exercise you dislike is one mistake lots of people make. You convince yourself that you have to do it. You may have convinced yourself that this particular approach is the only one. The very best thing you can do is stop doing something you do not like. You will almost certainly quit eventually, one way or another. Avoiding activities you find unpleasant is simply a human tendency we all have. The simple alternative is to find an activity you enjoy that can help make you fit. You won't have to force yourself to do a home exercise bike workout then.

Ask them to help you stick to your fitness program. Various people can contact you at different times and confirm that you're working out when you say you will. If you're going to do this, though, you have to tell them the truth. You are giving up some of your privacy here, as your family and friends can question you whenever they want. There is no room for lies or evasions with this, so when someone asks you what you've done, you have to tell them. Whether you're keeping up or not, you have to confess. The above fitness tips are only a few of the ways you can motivate yourself. You can probably think of half a dozen off the top of your head. It really doesn't matter how you stay motivated, as long as you find some way to pursue your fitness goals.
