The acai berry diet has many hidden benefits that should be in plain sight. While the acai berry diet may be able to help you lose weight, and cleanse your system, it is healthy in it's own right. The acai berry diet can help you to get the vitamins that you need every single day.

Vitamin A

Acai berries feature Vitamin A. Vitamin A is eminent for the health of the skin, but is also helpful when trying to reduce the chances of a heart disease. Vitamin A is also known to help with vision.

B Vitamins

B vitamins are known to help with the metabolism of the body. They are also known to help reduce the risks of certain kinds of cancer. B vitamins are found in acai berries. The acai berry features B Vitamins 1, 2, and 3.
