Arm Exercises For Women - 4 Ways To Make Them More Effective

Performing arm exercises for women the right way does not involve staying within your comfort zone. Yet most women do just that, they stay in their comfort zone when trying to get rid of flabby arms. They simply grab a weight, go through the motions and expect to see life changing results. Oh boy

Luckily for you, today I am going to show you how to avoid this scenario. After all, doing exercise and not getting any type of noticeable return is brutally de-motivating.

What is the key ingredient? What's the secret to making arm exercises for women ultra effective? My answer: intensity. This is the rate limiting factor for most women. They simply do not push themselves hard enough to see any type of result.

Thus, today I will reveal 4 excellent strategies for cranking up the intensity of your arm workouts:

1. Failure sets. A common tool used by bodybuilders, you do these as the last set of an exercise. Use a lighter weight that allows you to get in at least 20 repetitions and make sure you go to failure. This isn't easy by an stretch of the imagination, but it's very effective.

2. Combined sets. This one is a killer. But if you want toned arms, I suggest you do them. Set up your workout area so that you can do two arm exercises in a row. Then do one exercise immediately after the other without any rest in between.

3. Bicep curling with back support. The biggest issue when doing any type of standing bicep curl is maintaining good form when going heavy. The quick fix? Lean against a back support like a wall. You'll notice that the curling will be that much harder, but that much more effective also.

4. Pausing/squeezing at the end of triceps movements. This will burn a lot. But it's worth every single second of pain. Your triceps-the area where arm fat hangs from-will get very tight after doing these. Trust me.
